Marjorie Weeks, Owner
Marjorie is a talented professional accustomed to managing complex projects and engaging and guiding projects and teams to a measurable, timely and successful completion. Marjorie has worked with a variety of clients including healthcare, education, industry, state, and federal governmental agencies. She is highly effective at building and managing professional collaborations, ensuring successful outcomes.
Marjorie worked with the Psychiatry Department at Dartmouth College and Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center for 17 years and specialized in psychiatric research. In the seven years that she was the Research Manager for New Hampshire Hospital she focused on research pertaining to safety and security for patients and staff in the only acute care in-patient psychiatric facility within the state. She participated in the development and implementation of the Safer Environments via Collaborative, Unified Response to Emergencies (SECURE) research project implemented and supported by the NH Hospital Association.
While at NH Hospital Marjorie collaborated with Ken McGovern in his role as Safety & Security Officer and eventually joined KDM Consulting as a trainer and then as the Business Development Director. She has participated in multiple hospital accreditation surveys. Marjorie has worked with several US government intelligence agencies to develop training programs specializing in technology equipment to protect people and facilities. She bought KDM Consulting LLC in 2024.
Marjorie completed a Master of Public Administration at Michigan State University as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Certification in Asian Studies.

For the past 20 years Ken has provided unique and effective safety and security consulting and training solutions for a diverse range of organizations including international and US government agencies, private companies, hospitals, colleges and universities and law enforcement agencies.
In addition, Ken has led Safety and Security teams to create programs and processes to meet requirements for national accreditation for The Joint Commission and DNV. In 2020 Ken received a letter from the Chairman, Board of Trustees of a large NH hospital following their 2020 TJC survey recognizing Ken for his work leading the Hospital Safety Organization by putting together an initiative-taking team to address findings, improve processes and reinforce good habits throughout the system.
Ken started Global Security Professionals in 2004 to create programs in response to the events that occurred on September 11, 2001. In 2016 Ken transitioned the company into KDM Consulting LLC to better serve emerging safety and security concerns in the healthcare industry.
Ken graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering. He has a certificate of completion from Columbia University in Principles and Practice of Organization Development. He completed three trimesters in Organization Development at Pepperdine University.
Ken spent 14 years in law enforcement working in a part time position for New Mexico State Police, Carroll County Sheriff, NH and Wakefield Police, NH.

Janice possesses exceptional leadership, communication, and analytic skills which help her clients achieve superior results: Her last client had no clinical findings from a Joint Commission survey.
She earned a Masters of Science degree in Nursing from Walden University, and undergraduate degrees in Psychology, from the University of New Hampshire, and Nursing from the New Hampshire Technical Institute.
Janice has presented at professional conferences and on various media platforms and is past-President of the New Hampshire Nurses Association.
